1. Verify opportunities
VialRelay is a launch-stage business. Its website currently has no open positions and individual courier and careers collection is not open. Be cautious of anyone representing a public website submission as a confirmed job, contract or route assignment. Verify unexpected offers independently through info@vialrelay.com rather than relying on contact details supplied in a suspicious message.
2. No application fee
VialRelay does not require applicants to pay a fee merely to submit an application. Requests for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency or a deposit in exchange for a guaranteed position or route should be treated as suspicious and verified before you proceed. This does not describe or approve any future separate business contract or equipment arrangement.
3. Protect credentials and identification
Public VialRelay recruitment forms do not request banking passwords or account credentials. Do not provide passwords, one-time sign-in codes or remote access to someone claiming to recruit for VialRelay.
Sensitive identification documents should be provided only when necessary through an independently verified, authorized and appropriately secured process. No such document-upload onboarding process is currently offered through the public website. Avoid sending identification in response to an unsolicited message.
4. Recognize warning signs
Impersonators may use similar domain names, fake social accounts, urgent deadlines, unsolicited offers or requests to purchase equipment from a particular source. An apparent sender name or company logo is not proof of authenticity. Confirm the exact address and verify through a known company contact before acting.
5. Report suspected impersonation
Send the relevant non-sensitive details, sender address, page URL and a description to info@vialrelay.com. Redact passwords, account numbers and identification documents. If money or credentials were compromised, contact your bank or account provider promptly and consider reporting to appropriate law enforcement or fraud-reporting authorities. No guaranteed recovery or investigation outcome is promised.
