Prepared for company review. This version is not company-approved or an effective published policy. Factual and approval requirements remain outstanding.
1. Current application status
Individual courier applications, career applications and talent-network forms are not open for verified submission. No application or resume is currently uploaded or saved through those forms. Partnership inquiries are also paused. This notice must not be read as confirmation that recruitment, screening or onboarding is already operating.
2. Prospective information and purpose
If a separately approved application process opens, it may ask for contact details, work history, relevant qualifications, resumes and role-specific experience. Courier expressions of interest may relate to service areas, vehicle type, availability and relevant training. Any requested driving credentials or identification must be justified for the role and collected through an authorized appropriate process, not an unrestricted public inquiry.
Information would be used to assess relevant qualifications, communicate about opportunities and manage an approved application process. Collection categories, providers and disclosures must be reassessed before enabling that process. Do not submit patient information, Social Security numbers, government ID images or banking credentials through public forms.
3. Background checks and credentials
No implemented background-check, credential-verification or recruitment-screening workflow is established by the current website. Such checks must occur only when actually implemented, lawful and authorized, with required notices, consent and any applicable adverse-action process. A form asking about experience is not a background check.
4. Sharing and access
An enabled process may use hosting, secure application storage, email services or authorized recruitment partners. No recruitment partner or screening vendor agreement is represented as verified. Company approval must identify providers, authorized staff, need-to-know access and appropriate disclosures before collection begins. General inquiries currently use the infrastructure described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Retention, requests and lawful rights
Employment and contractor records require separate retention policies and must not automatically use the proposed general business-inquiry schedule. No applicant-retention schedule or automatic deletion is currently implemented. Before opening collection, VialRelay must approve role-appropriate retention and deletion criteria, including applicable recordkeeping duties, disputes and verified requests. Under the separately proposed general policy, temporary verification materials would be deleted as soon as practical after verification or closure and no later than 30 days unless legally required; this is not yet operational.
You may raise privacy concerns through Data Privacy Request or info@vialrelay.com. Access, correction, deletion and other rights depend on applicable law and employment/applicant exceptions. Identity and representative authority must be reasonably verified before disclosure or changes.
6. No engagement guarantee
Submitting information, once an authorized process is available, does not guarantee employment, independent-contractor engagement, route assignment, qualification approval or a customer contract. Courier company proposals are a separate business-to-business journey from individual applications.
7. Contact and updates
Contact info@vialrelay.com or VialRelay, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite #24120, Austin, TX 78731. The notice must be updated when an actual application workflow is approved and implemented; its approved version will show a genuine effective date.
