1. Not clinical care or professional advice
VialRelay’s public website does not present VialRelay as a clinical care provider. Articles and descriptions are educational and do not constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice. They do not replace qualified professional judgment or instructions for a particular shipment or patient.
2. No patient information in public forms
Do not use public forms or ordinary website inquiries to send patient names, medical records, clinical instructions, protected health information or other sensitive clinical data. If an operational engagement needs such information, an appropriate process and agreements must first be established outside public website intake.
3. Shipment-specific requirements
Specimen transport handling, packaging, temperature, timing, custody records and receiving requirements must be defined for the actual shipment and applicable regulations. Generic website content cannot determine whether a specific specimen, shipment or route meets legal requirements.
Regulated transportation requires appropriate qualifications, procedures and agreements for the activities involved. The website does not establish that every proposed activity is already operationally ready or that VialRelay holds unverified qualifications or certifications.
4. Availability and technology
No universal or nationwide service availability is promised. Service scope, geography and readiness are reviewed for each potential engagement. Operations Technology and dashboard illustrations remain in development and are not represented as an active operational platform or live client portal.
5. Contracts and HIPAA status
Actual service obligations, handling requirements, customer responsibilities and any service levels must be established by separate agreements. HIPAA status and the need for a business associate agreement depend on actual activities and contractual relationships; a general website statement cannot determine them. No HIPAA compliance claim, certification or executed business associate agreement is asserted here.
6. Questions
For non-sensitive operational questions contact info@vialrelay.com. Do not use this website for clinical emergencies; contact appropriate clinical or emergency services instead.
