1. Our commitment
VialRelay intends its website to be usable by visitors with disabilities, including people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification or other assistive technology. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design target, not a claim of full compliance, an audit certificate or a guarantee that every feature meets every criterion.
2. Website approach
The site uses labeled inputs, headings, accessible selection controls and visible focus indicators. Legal content is selectable, includes section navigation and supports printing. Accessibility is an ongoing process; automated checks and keyboard/mobile review do not replace a complete assistive-technology audit.
3. Request assistance
Email info@vialrelay.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the barrier you encountered. If useful, include your browser or assistive technology and the format or communication method you prefer. Do not include patient information, medical records, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
You may also write to VialRelay, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite #24120, Austin, TX 78731. We can review requests for help obtaining website information or communicating about inquiries. An accommodation or alternate format depends on the request and available arrangements; no unverified response deadline or round-the-clock service is promised.
4. Review and improvements
Reported problems should be evaluated, prioritized and addressed where feasible. External platforms, linked documents and device behavior may have accessibility limitations beyond VialRelay’s control. Company approval must confirm the personnel and process for receiving and responding to assistance requests.
